Spending much of childhood in my family’s traditional Italian restaurant in Toronto, I had early exposure to business and community … and I learned that success comes when you put community first. That’s why I pursued a career in real estate – nothing is more personal than buying or selling a home. In my early 20s, I became a property investment consultant with Tridel Group of Companies, a long-established, reputable condominium builder in Greater Toronto with an impressive portfolio of developing 87,000 condo units. I became an expert in all aspects of condo building – land acquisition, financing, building, creating sales programs, and managing properties. By the time I left Tridel, I was age 26 and completing 36 sales per month.
